The Telecommunications Unit is responsible for providing central switchboard services, operator assistance and telephone installation and repair services for the entire campus. In addition, this unit is responsible for obtaining long distance telephone services for the campus at competitive rates and for ensuring that the cost of telephone services is fairly apportioned among the various campus departments.
