The most common PeopleSoft problem is an incorrect password or user name.
If you cannot log into PeopleSoft, you may need to reset your
Password. To reset your Password:
2) If you cannot access, or are having difficulties with, CampusWeb, send
an email to password@gallaudet.edu and
request a Password change. Please note, the email must be from your Gallaudet
email account.
3) If you are unable to send an email from your Gallaudet account, call 202-651-5300
and request a Password change.
Browser Compatability: To access PeopleSoft, we recommend you use Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.
