Setting up the Cisco Clean Access Agent for Mac Users

Open your web browser to a non-Gallaudet web site such as Google (http://www.google.com/). You will be directed to Gallaudet Clean Access web page.

Log in, using your CAMPUS (Bison) username and password.

Click on Download OSX Clean Access Agent 4.1.0.0.

In the Downloads dialog box, click on Continue.

In the Installer dialog box, click on Continue. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Enter your Mac OS X administration username and password to authenticate.

After CCA Agent is installed, click Close to exit the Installer. The CCA Agent icon will appear on upper right of the menu bar. Click on the CCA Agent icon then click on Login. Recommendation: Enable Auto Popup Login Window.

Log into Cisco Clean Access Agent using your CAMPUS (Bison) username and password.

The CCA Agent icon color will change to green when you are connected to the CCA network.

You may delete the CCAAgent_MacOSX.dmg from your computer.

Note: If you forgot to log in using the CCA Agent, you will be directed to Gallaudet Clean Access web page.

- No need to log in (connected to non-CCA network)

- Need to log in (connected to CCA network)

- Already logged in (connected to CCA network)
