submit a jack request. After you
have submitted your request, a
Gallaudet Technician will process
it and schedule a time to visit
your room.
Please note, you should be available on the day as
planned so the Gallaudet Technician
can have access to your room to
make the actual repair. If there are certain times when you are
not available, then please note that when you are scheduling with
the Gallaudet Technician.
